生命的长度与宽度

事业，对很多人来说，是个中心点。绕着这个点画个圆儿，也许，就是生活。生活的半径有多长，这个圆圈儿就有多大。可是，你快乐吗？因为兜兜转转，终究找不到起始和终点。所以，你要跳出这个圈圈，站在空中向下望：哦，原来我曾在这里跌倒，然后在那里爬起。不管你是否认同，生活到最高境界，就是真实和纯粹。唯有如此，才会体验到深层次的幸福。

在津巴布韦高飞

那么，不止在伦敦，还要到津巴布韦高飞。

津巴布韦，这个非洲的国家，过去并不被世界熟知。自从那个挥霍无度的第一夫人格雷斯·穆加贝趣闻不断以后，人们才惊讶，原来奢华可以不分国界，不论穷富。当然，这是一种人生态度，真正的财富人生不是炫耀，而是自然而然的理解和享受。

因为房产事业的国际化发展，Christopher年轻时就在伦敦和津巴布韦之间飞来飞去，所以津巴布韦是他喜爱的一方热土。Christopher在津巴布韦拥有自己的飞机，他喜欢并擅长驾驶固定翼飞机，因为这让他能完完全全地亲近自然。一路滑行，一路与狮子老虎赛跑，还有可能被鳄鱼追赶。然后腾地升空，一颗心也随着非洲大地的开阔和神秘而飞舞，这是何等的令人神往。

生活和事业，如同水一样，涓细，然后流长。

到加拿大滑雪

如果你有一架飞机，在不同的国家之间飞行，恐怕要颇费周折了。但如果你在世界不同国家拥有四架飞机，那旅行对你来说，简直是精彩纷呈。

“我们喜欢在加拿大滑雪的经历。直升飞机悬停在雪山的上空，摇摇摆摆，但你必须在恰当的时间，带着滑板一起降落下来，这过程其实是相当艰难的。”的确，生活如果像电影般精彩，每一个剧情都扣人心弦。而他们，就是导演。驾驶直升机是Tim的专长，他非常兴奋地说：“在雪天一色的高山上滑行，这是非常刺激的，但你要随时注意冬眠的动物，比如熊，可别伤害到它们，但你不会吵醒它们。”

我们经常可以从一些企业家身上，看到某种精神的象征，辨出心灵的成长痕迹。比如中国的房产商喜欢登山，也许中国的山又多又高大，让人敬仰。他们享受的是从山底一步一步攀爬到山顶的过程，征服，然后回首。Christopher和Tim也爱大山，不过他们喜欢的是开着飞机在寂静的大山之间徘徊，或者打开飞机的门，纵身跳向那片白茫茫的雪。

从高处向下望，大山，就是大地的一座又一座房子。千姿百态，巍峨不动，向世人证明这片土地在宇宙中存在的价值。而Christopher和Tim通过飞越千山万水，释放出永恒的激情，这激情是企业家的营养品，但不是补品。所以说，企业家是成长起来的，但企业家精神是天生的。

停落在中国

“我们太爱中国了，爱中国的文化，爱中国的食物。” Christopher和Tim对每次的中国之行，都充满了期待和回味。他们希望将来有一天，也能到中国的天空飞翔。

伦敦，因为地理面积不大，所以在市区飞机很难自由停落。同时考虑到安全性问题，伦敦可以停降直升飞机的建筑为数不多，这就不同于中国。随着未来低空领域的开放，中国各地尤其是长三角地区，私人飞机的市场前景很广阔，飞机的商用功能可能较多。也许在未来，驾驶私人飞机去上班不算个新鲜事儿了。但伦敦的郊区有很多地方可以停飞机，在伦敦还有一个最大的好处，只要你的邻居同意，你完全可以将自己的飞机停在他们的花园里。“所以，我们很注重物业的选址，比如切尔西区的房产，其附近就有一个直升机训练场，开车五分钟就可到达，而从我家走路只需要十分钟，就是为了方便。”

有时候，兴趣和选择是两个轨道，但幸运的人使之相交。Christopher和Tim很希望将自己对飞机的热爱，溶入进每一寸土地，倾入每一座房子。要是谈到如何在伦敦学习驾驶飞机，或者参加飞行俱乐部，Christopher和Tim绝对算是专家了。所以，他们希望来伦敦生活的人，如果愿意，可以和他们一起去飞行。

虽然生活里幽默可爱，但对待事业，绝对科学严谨。于是，他们决定在中国“停落”。

“延续”的价值

生活的乐趣远远不止这些。收藏红酒，打高尔夫，游泳…..一切运动，Christopher和Tim都是狂热的爱好者和实践者。他们在家里盖了酒窖，邀请朋友一起品酒，偶尔也去拜访法国葡萄酒庄园的好友。这种奢华的生活方式，如果完全用在了社交上，就失去了味道。而Christopher和Tim永远是友善快乐的，这种与生俱来的生活格调，是无法复制的。

Life’s Length and Width

It’s a way of life to drive the private plane, hover in the air, free from the embrace of the earth and enjoy the happiness it brings. That’s the simple expression of a deep thought.

Hardly judged by the appearance, Christopher James and Tim James are full brothers indeed. Born and raised in London, the two brothers are at present running Kensington & Chelsea Property Search（K&C）. Christopher, the member of Royal Real Estate Appraiser Association, received training and now works for the famous International Real Estate Company Knight Frank, whose projects cover Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. He once provided real estate consulting services for many noted consultant firms, including PWC, DTT, IBM, etc. Tim has 35 years of experience investing high-grade residences in Kensington & Chelsea, where he was once the partner of a noted real estate company and established several residential real estate investment companies. In addition, the two brothers have made some asset-backed investments in China.

What is happiness? It arises spontaneously when you bring happiness to others. K&C is a self-run consultant company in real estate investment. It takes pride in its more than 70 years of experience of investing real estate and helps clients own high-valued real estate in the center of London. In the past few years, Christopher and Tim had known lots of people from every walks of life and made friends with their clients through the medium of real estate. To those successful personages, it’s a low-keyed luxury to build their own network of friends and adhere to their principles at the same time.

“Just like running the company, it’s an interesting adventure and the challenge of one’s endurance and intelligence to drive the plane. Though taking the first step always costs the most, you will be proud of yourself when you look back”, said the two brothers, who enjoy the freedom of flying in the air.

Since their childhood, due to the international development of real estate, Christopher and Tim have been used to going back and forth between London and Zimbabwe. Therefore, when they decided to try out flying, Zimbabwe became the first stop of their new adventure. Once there, Christopher learned how to fly planes and bought himself a private plane. He now excels in driving fixed-wing aircraft, which allows him to be close to nature entirely. How amazing it must be to fly straight along, race against the animals below, perhaps be chased after by crocodiles, and then take off with the beating heart of the African continent!

“We enjoyed the experience of skiing in Canada. The helicopter was hovering over the snow mountain and you had to descend with the snowboards at an appropriate time. The process was really difficult. ” If life is like a movie in which every plot is exciting, they are the directors. Tim is an expert in driving the helicopter. “It’s fantastic to ski on the mountain, but you have to pay attention to the hibernators, such as bears. Don’t get them hurt and don’t wake them up either.”

“We love China so much, its culture and its food.” Christopher and Tim always look forward to their next trip to China because each time they brought back great memories. They hope that they will be able to fly in the air of China in the future.

The pleasure of life is more than that. Christopher and Tim are keen on golfing and swimming as well. They also enjoy collecting wines: they have a wine cellar at home, invite friends for tasting and pay a visit to French Wine Estate. However, such luxury life may become boring and monotonous if it’s only for the purpose of social interaction. The two brothers are always benign and such way of life cannot be duplicated.

Desire is half of life; indifference is half of death. Their enthusiasm for career and life will be ever-lasting as the vigorous green bamboo. Sentimentally speaking, their career in China has started with firm and steady steps and full of vigor and vitality.
