古典韵味的伴奏，标志性的飘渺嗓音，诗意的歌词，都表明Enya对于“保持自我风格与创新”这个所有音乐人都要面临的题目，解决得很成功。不断寻求创新并没有使她失往自我风格，而是不断完善与进化。

Enya的前几张专辑一直以运用多种语言演唱而备受关注，主要运用英语和盖尔语，偶然也会唱拉丁语、威尔士语或西班牙语。在新专辑《Amarantine》中，有3首歌是用一种叫Loxian的语言演唱的。专辑中还有一首日语歌，其他的都是英语歌。这张专辑的制作花了2年时间，她说Loxian语的灵感来源于电影《指环王：护戒使者》。他们在为影片《指环王》录制单曲May It Be时，就觉得影片中侏儒们的语言非常可爱。而在此专辑单曲Water Shows The Hidden Heart录制过程中，Enya觉得那种非人类语言更适合这首歌。于是Enya的御用词作者Roma Ryan就创造了这种叫做Loxian的天外“魔语”。专辑中另外两首歌Less Than a Pearl和The River Sings也是用Loxian语演唱。

她是真正的英国的玫瑰，发热界的骄傲。多少年来，一直奉献给大家无比美妙动听的新世纪音乐。她的创作及录音精雕细琢，慢工出细活，几年才出一张碟，每一次都让发热友伸长脖子等。2005年底，爱尔兰著名女歌手恩雅 (Enya) 在Reprise公司发行她的个人第八张录音室专辑《Amarantine》。和以前一样，在新专辑中，Enya 依然与制作人 NickyRyan 和词作者Roma Ryan合作。

“我们把这张专辑叫做《Amarantine》的意思是永恒”，Enya说道，她用了两年的时间预备这张专辑。“诗人用这个词来形容一种永不凋谢的花，我很喜欢它的含义。”《Amarantine》是Enya在发行2000年的专辑《ADayWithoutRain》之后五年来的首张新作。《ADay WithoutRain》在全美国的销量已经达到680万张。美国在2001年9月11日遭受恐怖袭击之后，专辑中的单曲《OnlyTime》成为了电台中的热门点播歌曲，并且最高排在Billboard Hot100单曲榜的第十名。另外，在当代成人单曲榜和成人40单曲榜中，《Only Time》也曾获得冠军。
